Antarctic Adventure

Let's channel our inner Shackleton and go South! Does your family crave unique adventure in a comfortable environment? Do you have a child who wants to meet a penguin face to face? Let's do it.  At Audacity, we lead literature-themed adventures for families worldwide. Whether you're a homeschooler, worldschooler, or public schooler, you'll find that the learning your children gain when they are immersed in an epic educational adventure will change their lives and their worldview forever. Our literary exploration for this trip will center around the book: Endurace: Shackleton's Incredible Voyage, by Alfred Lansing. Families are encouraged to read this book together prior to the event so they can all enjoy the experience as we do science, art, history, and more to bring literature and the Antarctic to life. 

So how does it work?

• RSVP here if you'd like to participate with our group. You can pay directly through Wix so it's simple no matter where you are in the world.
• Come to Buenos Aires ready for the learning and fun to start a couple days before the cruise departs. We'll meet together for some adventures and get to know one another. Once on the ship, we'll have five 2-hour teacher-led events together over the course of 16 days, doing science, art, and activities hand-crafted to bring our chosen book and the surrounding sites to life while fostering borderless friendships to last a lifetime. Much more interaction will naturally take place as we meet up for dinners, activities, and cruise-ship hosted events. We will also offer several port-day adventure ideas if you'd like to enjoy the cities we visit in a uniquely curated way with our group. Finally, spend a couple days discovering Santiago with us on the tail end.

This event will be geared towards children ages 6-14, but we will make sure all family members are engaged and edified.
