About the event

Audacity Life Learning is a small group run by a homeschool mom and former teacher. Audacity aims to bring books to life for kids through hands on science, exciting adventures, and immersive experiences worldwide. We are coming to Houston and want to bring some space-themed learning to the local community. The book Moonshot, by Brian Floca, is an amazing look at the Apollo 11 mission in picture book format. It's a poetic read and is filled with gorgeous artwork. We'll read it together and then bring it to life with science experiments, art projects, and more.

This event will be geared towards children ages 3-12, but we'll make sure everyone has a good time.

Audacity events are family events, where parents and children learn and create together, so no childcare will be provided. You will be responsible for your childrens' safety for the entire event. These events are also great ways to meet other homeschoolers and give the kids some play time. Some may choose to head over to Space Center Houston in groups after the event.

We have space for 20 people to participate, so RSVP soon before space fills up.  We look forward to meeting you!
